I got this idea from popscholar.  She is going to be doing this ever week and I am not sure if I am going to play that often.  However, I will try for now.

Here are the rules: 13 random facts about YOU!  The quirkier and the funnier, the better.  Go for novel tidbits.  It'll be more interesting that way.

And we begin (I am going to get some ideas from her):

1. I have been struggling to read Middlemarch for 4 months now.

2. My pride will not let me stop.

3. However, my morals will not prevent me from cheating on it by reading other things.

4. According to the Myers-Briggs stuff, I am a: INFJ

5. I am currently trying to figure out blog feeds.

6. It is becoming an obsessive addiction.

7. I hate cleaning.

8. I also hate mess.

9. I do not consider myself organized, but I do have a method to my madness.

10. When someone "messes" up my stuff or tries to clean for me, I get upset.

11. This was a challenge when my mother came to visit and cleaned up my room.

12. I do like what she did with the place.

This is great! I relate to SO much of it too. For starters, I have a big pride thing goin' on in general. So I completely understand.

As for blog feeds, I am baffled. Excuse my ignorance, but what is a "feed"? I have to say that lately I ahve been obsessed with the blogosphere in general, but I keep a list of my favs on my bookmark bar. Is the bloglines thing easier in some way? Share the insight as you get it!

Like you, I am not organized in the traditional sense, but I also have a method to the madness. And I loathe cleaning too. Ick.

From my limited understanding, blog feeds are websites that can tell you when a site updates. You can subscribe to blogs and news sites. The advantage is that they are all in one place. You can also just visit sites when they update. I was using bloglines, but I am communicating with squarespace support about a potentially better option.

Thanks for the info. What's the better option?

I do not know yet because I am waiting for a reply to my support ticket.
