Anshu's wedding ceremony and reception were incredible.  During the ceremony, I laughed and cried several times.  The Hindu priest did an incredible job of translating everything and inserting humor.  There was so much love in the space that I felt filled with joy.  At the reception, one of Anshu's dear friends gave a speech.  She talked about paying attention. One of my favorite lines was, "If you pay attention, you will know that this is what love looks like."  That phrase could describe the entire weekend.  The outpouring of blessings and love for the company was so wonderful to witness.

The food was incredible!!! At the reception, I met a few of Anshu's friends from graduate school and we spent about an hour discussing how tasty everything was and how we could not get enough.  The only thing which would have made the event better is if Partner to-be (PTB) had not missed his flight.  I wish he could have been my dancing partner; although, I think I did okay considering that I had a sore throat and aching muscles from strutting my stuff on the dance floor.
