Orbis Terrarum 2009
I’m very glad that the Orbis Terrarum challenge is back, this time with its own blog! While the premise remains the same-travelling through lit-the rules have changed a little. It runs ten months this year (March-Dec.) and requires readers to choose ten books by ten different authors from ten different countries. Last year, I made a list that changed a lot. This year, I am not going to make a list before hand and see where my reading takes me! Stay tuned for some spontaneous and fun travels.
- Who by Fireby Diana Spechler (United States). For my first book, I did not travel very far from home. You can find my review here.
- White Tigerby Aravind Adiga(India, his country of birth). I finished this book in July 2009 while in Thailand. You can find my review here.
- They Plotted Revenge Against America by Abe F. March (Germany, he was born in the US but currently resides in Germany). I finished the book in May 2009. You can find my review here.
