Love Don't Cost a Thing

I seem to be developing an appetite for guilty pleasures; as I try to eat healthier, I am finding that my consumption of books and movies is going downhill.  This movie is a remake of Can't Buy Me Love.  There are a few updates in Love Don't Cost A Thing.  Here are few that I noticed:

1. The Dorky guy is a pool boy, not a lawn boy.

2.  The popular girl is not a cheerleader, but on a dance squad.

3. There is incorrect instruction on how to put on a condom.

4. I did not understand a lot of the slang. This was especially tragic given that I pride myself on being hip and happening.

Overall, there were no surprises in the movie.  It was okay, but not something that required my full attention.

Which Screen? Small, but you could live a full life without viewing this movie.
