Tipping Point-- Finished

For my work book club, I started reading Tipping Point which is about social epidemics. It is widely used in businesses to help people figure out how to sell things.  I think it can also be applied to ideas and how they are spread.  Malcom Gladwell also wrote a book about first impressions called Blink.   So far, I have enjoyed learning about Sesame Street and the Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood as examples.

I finished reading this book en route to Philly.  It actually finished during my first flight on Saturday.  It turned out to be pretty good. I was concerned a bit with the simplicity of solutions.  However, I thought that he brought home the point that small things can make a big difference.  Today after work, I am going to have the work club discussion group.
